| What About Me? I am an Asian-American…more American than Asian; sometimes. Born in Burma (now Myanmar for whatever reason)…don’t remember much, only there 15 months. As a kid in Bangkok, Thailand; Thai food is my all time favorite, Indian and Burmese a close second. As a teen So. Cal. was my home…Santa Monica, Go Vikings! I discovered Christ at 13 and pursued Him until I was covered in His dust. I am a morning person…where my best creative work gets done, although I can stay up late at night with friends as long as I have a cup of java in my hands. I am passionate about people and sharing Christ in community. | |||||||||||||||||

I Enjoy? Refinishing furniture: when I have the time. Working on cars, vegetable garden and cooking outdoors. Retreats with my wife, Vicki Lynn, and praying with her daily. |

I Spend My Time? Backpacking, camping, fishing…anything outdoors that doesn’t involve mosquitoes. Paintball, racquetball with my staff, volleyball, and coaching volleyball at Sierra Vista High School. Reading anything by Brennan Manning. Movies mostly DVD’s and exercise…forever in search of the washboard stomach. |

| Why
the ROCK? I have longed for an authentic community that engages people with God face to face in daily prayer and a community that genuinely interacts with each other through relationships. We are passionate about people because it’s what matters most to God…because of that, our desire is to reproduce disciples who reproduce disciples. Reproduction is a part of our DNA; we want to be a church that plants 10 churches in 10 years. And every church that is planted will agree to plant 10 churches in 10 years...Now that is something I am extremely excited to be a part of. |
